Sponsors and donors are always welcome.  Our multi-tiered level of annual sponsorship participation is located on our "Forms" link.  Please note that benefactor and sponsor donations are limited based on the number of divisions available and teams formed and will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.  To become a benefactor or sponsor, or to make a donation, click on the "Forms" link at left, print out the sponsor form, fill it in and return it with your check or money order as detailed on the form.

All benefactor and sponsor donations should be received no later than October 20th to allow time to order your team name imprinted on the game jerseys. 

Donations in any amount are accepted at any time during the year and help to offset our normal operating costs.  Donations marked as "Financial Aid" are earmarked for players who require assistance with registration costs.
